What is the best vitamins to be taking for 21 year old girl?
So obviously I am 21 and I was just wondering what all the vitamins I should be taking. My stylist told me I should take vitamin B and E for my skin and nails to get back to normal...I color my hair about every 4-6 weeks so it is obviously not very healthy especially since I just put a bunch of blond highlights in it. Anyways I asked a pharmacist opinion and they just told me multivitamin which I already knew but don't know if I should take every....please help!
MIL says "store bought" vitamins are worthless…?
She says "store bought" or "synthetic" vitamins are not good for a child. They don't have anything the body REALLY needs and are not easily absorbed in the body. She wants me to give the kids this liquid vitamin she gets at online, I'd have to give it several times a day...
DISCLAIMER: I have done NO research on vitamins. I'm starting here with other people's opinions. I know nothing about vitamins except that all the pediatricians I've ever seen and the pharmacist good friend I have say store vitamins are fine.
My MIL does her research ONLINE.... I have had to explain to her NUMEROUS times that just because something is online, does NOT make it a legit scientific experience. She's emailed me SOOOO many "articles/studies/scientific journals" over the years that are just CRAP. They are NOT scientist, the research is skewed, and it was the only "research" of it's kind that I could find....and again it was NOT a scientific study done by a legit college/medical hospital/or any other conventional scientists...
So, what are your thoughts on vitamins? She kind of already has a strike against her in my book, so I'm hesitant to believe her on this topic.
In case you are curious, here is the vitamin she wants me to give the kids.

I need some serious advice, please?
A couple weeks ago I decided that I was too moody and irritable and had very low energy. I thought there might be something wrong with me hormonally. I went to the doctor and he took some blood tests and two weeks later told me I have b-12, vitamin d, and folic acid deficincies. He told me to take all those supplements, along with St John`s Wort. A friend of mine told me her doctor advised her against SJW because it counteracts birth control. So I asked the pharmacist and he said he wouldn`t take it if it were the last medication on earth. I told this to my doctor and he suggested Sam-E. I took one this morning and now I`m horribly nauseated. Does anyone have any suggestions? I asked him if he could write me a prescription for an antidepressant and he told me no. I don`t know what to do and I don`t want to feel this way anymore. It`s ruining my relationship and I feel like I`m yelling at my kids all the time. I can`t take it anymore.
