Is it healthy to take more than one vitamin at a time?

I currently take a multi vitamin, and a calcium supplement daily. I'm curious about taking Omega 3 supplements.
I'm concerned though that it's not healthy to take all these at once. Can anyone advise?

Omega 3 Fish Oil & Weight Loss Tips

bit.ly Omega 3 Benefits - The Benefits of Fish Oil and Weight Loss Combine 1.Burn more fat. If you take Fish oil and exercise the increased circulation restores the cells ability to burn fat efficiently, lost ability in overweight people. The improved blood flow to exercising muscles stimulates key enzymes to transport fat that needs to be used as fuel. Omega-3s increase fat-burning ability by improving the flow of blood to muscles during exercise. 2.Less food cravings. Fish oil cuts down on your cravings for food and even increases serotonin levels for good brain health. 3. Increased metabolism Allowing you to burn more calories.Reduced cardiovascular risks. When fish oil and weight loss are together at work your vascular inflammation markers and insulin resistance are reduced. For More Detail On Omega 3 & Other Fat Loss Tips Visit: bit.ly
