Through out the day I take 9 500mg Vitamin C, 2 B-Complex, 3 omega-3, 1 multivitamin, 1 Jarro-Dophilus + FOS, and a load of Insure Immune Support. I was directed to take this amount due to my Chronic Epstein Barr Virus.

I take Fish oil for the Omega 3 because I dislike eating fish, regular womens vitamin,b12, and I am wondering if I should take vitamin d (sunlight vitamin)since I keep reading most people dont have enough. I am fair skinned so when I do go out in the sun I have to be covered in sun block.

I am taking a multivitamin (one a day), omega 3, vitamin C, and a chewable calcium. Can I take these together all at once?

Also, do any of these vitamins affect birth control pills? I am assuming no, but would just like to be sure.

Is it healthy to take more than one vitamin at a time?

I currently take a multi vitamin, and a calcium supplement daily. I'm curious about taking Omega 3 supplements.
