Im just curious what are in these supplements since Ive read they're over 50 a week for some, Which i think is nuts. BUt Im just curious. Im trying too figure out a good supplement to take to aid weight loss, with daily vitmanins and minerals Yes this may not be possible but there so many out there, Id like to research them, And even if I end up with just vitamins and minerals Id still like too see if there are any other natural herbs that Help. Plus im just curious about all these supplements since they charge ridiculous prices which Im sure can be found cheaper from no name brands at local pharmacies.
I dont have money to buy enough food and it has caused my hair to fall out. I noticed that the top front of my head is more empty :( its been like this like 5 months since i moved out from my parents home. I usually only have about 40 dollars a month to buy my food. does anyone know really good and cheap foods that would really help my hair grow back? or anything cheap like taking vitamins, "medicine", home remedies that actually work? i usually eat/drink the following: milk everyday, cereal, cookies, sandwich, occasional fruits (apples), lettuce, ramon (its really cheap), spaghetti, i dont really drink water, rice, ham, candy, occasional chips, no soda, no juices, occasional carrots, macoroni, eggs, yellow cheese, pancakes, occasional nuts. and i usually get little sleep (7-5 hours of sleep) and dont exercise much. but in the past i still didnt do these things and i did not see a significant amount of hair loss... i dont stress much.

I eat nothing but fruits, nuts and vegetables, nothing processed, no sugar, flour, meat, dairy etc, If it doesn't come from the ground, I don't eat it.
