is there artificial sweetener in these cookies?

a friend told me that Murray sugar free cookies were really good, but i dont know if they have artificial sweetener. I found the nutrition facts on their website, but i dont know what the names are for artificial ingredients. here are the ingredients:
ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMIN MONONITRATE [VITAMIN B1], RIBOFLAVIN [VITAMIN B2], FOLIC ACID), SOYBEAN OIL (WITH TBHQ FOR FRESHNESS), MALTITOL, POLYDEXTROSE, COCOA (PROCESSED WITH ALKALI), GUM ARABIC, ERYTHRITOL, CONTAINS TWO PERCENT OR LESS OF CELLULOSE, LEAVENING (BAKING SODA, SODIUM ACID PYROPHOSPHATE), SALT, NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR (MILK), EGGS, NATURAL CHOCOLATE FLAVOR WITH OTHER NATURAL FLAVORS, DATEM, SOY LECITHIN, ACESULFAME POTASSIUM, SUCRALOSE.

Is it bad to overdose on Vitamin B12?

I was looking at getting this Mana Energy Drink from thinkgeek ( http://www.thinkgeek.com/caffeine/drinks/a273/ ), but I looked at the nutrition facts and noticed that one serving of it has 6667% of my daily value of Vitamin B12. Would this be a horribly bad thing? I'd really like to know before I go out and buy them.

What's the difference between taking vitamins and eating vegetables?

Essentially, the reason why we should eat vegetables and other healthy foods is because they contain a good amount of all the good things we see in the nutrition facts chart that our body needs... and not much of the bad stuff. Also, because it's a better food to eat as opposed to chips and candy as a regular diet... obviously.

But in terms of the nutrients that we gain from vegetables... why can't I just take a really good multivitamin supplement (plus whatever else that particular one doesn't have... like fiber supplements etc..). If I managed to find vitamins that contained everything I needed on a daily basis.... why should I eat vegetables?

Is there any other benefit? Or for the veggie haters like myself, can I opt with vitamins/supplements as a complete replacement for my veggie requirements? (assuming I don't eat extra junk food/bad food to replace the lesser amount of food on my plate).
