multi-vitamins..?
does nayone here take multi vitamins if so which ones are the best i just got back from the health food & vitamins store & got vitamins made out of natural food. The brand is a-1 herbs & vitamins & it is a multi vitamin for women. The lady said it helps with hormones & she takes them herself & notices a difference..if you take vitamins what kind and what changes & benefits do you notice?

Are bottled vitamins really effective?
Lots of different bottled vitamins we can buy from stores, do these really helps for our body or it is better to eat natural food w/ lots of vitamins?
