What else can I take to improve my health?
I am currently taking Gaia Herbs: Adrenal Health (which contains Holy Basil and Rhodiola root),Krill Oil, L-Lysine and Centrum Ultra Women's Multivitamin. I also take the Paradise Herbs Green power that I mix with my juice
Any other suggestion for me to take to improve myself. I have a low immune system and taking all my vitamins have helped. However, I still can't find the energy to get up most time in the morning. (I am college student and I also supervise overnight at a shelter. So my stress level can be high at times, any suggestion for anything else that will improve myself (maybe also the dark undereye circle I have and my hair).
Thanks

That's with 3 tablets, and I'm only taking two a day, one in the morning and one at night.
Ever since I started taking them, I've been extremely hungry. I can't stop eating. This morning I ate 3 bowls of cereal and then was still hungry, even after waiting a half an hour between them. I would think the vitamins would help with hunger. I'm not overweight (5'3" and 119 lbs), and I haven't changed my diet or exercise at all.
How do vitamins and supplements work?
If I were to eat a multivitamin, how would it work? I searched this on google and it just gave me a list of what the different vitamins are and what they're used for, but what I need is to know (sorry this was difficult to explain) is, when I eat one, what does it do inside of me in order to give me the effects its supposed to. Lets take Vitamin A for example, its supposed to give me good skin, so when I eat one, what does it do inside of me in order to give me healthier skin?
Is the Iron in prenatal vitamins too much for a non-prego woman?
I know prenatal vitamins are a good multivitamin whether or not your pregnant, and that men and women alike can take them. What I am curious about is the iron content in them. Is there such a thing as too much iron? I am a 22 yr old female if that matters.
Prenatal vitamin question?
So I took a prego test and it was negative but a lot of people told me I took it too early and I still haven't had my period since July 29th (last day of my last period). I took a nutrition class and we talked about how important it is to have folate in your diet especially when you are pregnant. So I am sure that I am pregnant because I have never missed a period. I went and got some prenatal vitamins to take now until I find out and have a few questions about them. I use to take prenatal vitamins as a multivitamin for many years, and the store didn't have the ones I am use to taking. I bought One a Day Womens Prenatal vitamins. It comes with two different pills. One has all the vitamins in it (pink pill) and the other one has some polysaturated fat, omega 3 fatty acids and it says under omega 3 EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) this one is a liquid gel. I feel stupid asking this but should I be taking both of them? I know when you get a script for prenatal vitamins it's just a big pink tablet. I am just trying to take all the extra precautions and don't want to screw up.
Also I was craving a salad with sour cream (totally wierd) and I forgot to take the pill and took it about 15 minutes later or so (under 30 minutes) and I started to feel really sick. Is this normal? I never remember getting sick feeling when I took the other prenatal vitamins. I have been feeling really pukey lately anyways and my smells have been crazy. I had to have my boyfriend cut up the lettuce. Is there anything that is better to eat when you take the prenatal? I don't drink cows milk and I do not eat much meat.
The prenatal vitamins didn't come with instructions. On each bottle it just says take one and that's it. Am I suppose to take them at the same time every day?
I bought some vitamins but I'm worried..?
You see I bought "Centrum Chewables Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement" it's mainly for adults but I'm 14 so can i take them with no problem?
Could vitamins (Animal Pak) cause oral herpes outbreak?
Ever since I was 17 I started getting what I think is oral herpes (I had never kissed anyone except my parents when I was little, so I must've gotten it from them). For me it usually looks like a little rash on my upper lip, usually on the right side, and it itches.
So last Tuesday, I bought these new vitamins that are supposed to be good for people trying to build muscle. It's called Animal Pak and it's basically a multivitamin with other stuff like amino acids, digestive enzymes and herbs like ginseng. It's A LOT of stuff though cause it comes in little packs with about 10 pills in each pack and you're supposed to take 1 pack a day.
Anyway, a few days after I started taking it, I got this oral herpes outbreak, and I haven't had one in several months. Is it a coincidence? Or could something in the vitamins have caused it?
Oh wait I just realized that this multivitamin has a lot of arginine and I read somewhere that arginine can trigger outbreaks. Is this correct?
Can you get too much Vitamin A from Multi and Omega Supplement?
I noticed in my toddlers DHA/Omega supplement that there is Vitamin A in it along with his multivitamin. Can someone tell me if he's getting too much? I included two links to the supplement he takes.

How bad is it to take 130-160% of daily recommended vitamin e?
I'm taking a daily multivitamin which contains 100% of daily recommended. At the same time though, I want to take some Omega-3 fish oil that contains 30% of daily value. What side effects are there to too much vitamin E? Would it be better to take maybe the fish oil every 2-3 days?
But isn't vitamin E fat soluble? But I guess that wouldn't be bad if you have excess right?
