What are the best wholefood organic vitamins out there?
I'm looking for multi vitamins, calcium, iron, etc. I would like them to NOT be synthetic but whole food.

I was using organics that i bought at whole foods and some jarrow pills.
What's another way to take vitamin pills without choking on them?
For a long time I have been feeling very drained of energy and a few people suggested that I start taking daily multi vitamins. I got some of the Centrum Mens Ultra whatever it's called vitamins but the pills are so big that even with a big gulp of water I feel them stick in my throat and it makes me gag and choke. Breaking them in half just gives them very sharp edges that have the same effect. Any suggestions?

How safe are multi-vitamins and fish oil?
Well im a full time athlete so ive been told i need more vitamins and minerals then the average person. So ive been taking a tablet form multi vitamin and fish oil everyday for the past few months. But i only take a 1/3 of the recommended dose of the multivitamin and only half of the fish oil dose. Can these two harm me in any way? Ive heard different things about multi vitamins and im just worried that there doing more bad then good.
