What vitamins and minerals should I be taking to insure a high level of testosterone?
I already take a multi-vitamin, and a few others, but i cant seem to find any info on neccesary materials for healthy testosterone production.
weeman- i take saw palmetto to block the DHT so im good there. I havent been diagnosed as defficient, but I wouldnt mind a bit more for the muscle growth. Ive Got all the necessary ingredients aside from that (protein, good circulation, glutamine, and a healthy daily regimne) And i wont take steroids...

How come my stomach hurts after taking multi vitamin pill?
I take One a Day Teens (for her) everyday after I eat. I never take it on an empty stomach. Why does my stomach hurt so much after taking it? How to stop it?

I am looking for a good multi vitamin (im 15) I dont get alot of protein in my diet and I have a low immune system. umm protein is VERY IMPORTANT it one of the main things your body needs in order to grow hair ect. I LEAREND that in science class...go back to school thne you will realize how important protein is.
