What would be a good idea to take while weight lifting? Im talking like fish oils and vitamins?
Nothing like protein shakes and all that. just natural vitamins a minerals.
Can vitamin C be absorbed in the skin as a topical?
Is there any real proof that vitamin c(or any vitamins or minerals or proteins(e.g. collagen)) are absorbed in the skin and the nutrients used by the body?
My question is concerned with the effectiveness of these lotions that make all these claims with the vitamins. I'm not sure if the body can unitize them(I thought it had to do it through digestion).
Any help or references would be greatly appreciated.
