What vitamins should I take on a daily basis?
So recently I have caved to peer pressure, the good kind, not the bad kind, and decided to start to take a daily dose of vitamins, because I know that I am not getting the necessary nutrients with my diet.
What i was wondering is what vitamins should i be taking?

What vitamins can I take for breast enhancement?
I feel that the size of my breast are not adequate enough to my liking and I want to go the natural way of making them bigger. I have a very fast metabolism so I'm really skinny. I'm currently 19 years old, 5'3" and 95lbs at the moment. I think that if they were to become fuller I would have more confidence in myself. So what vitamins are there that I can take???

Which vitamins were you taking, how many milligrams, for how long until you started noticing improvement, what brand if you remember, and what were the differences you noticed/felt?
