what is a natural remedy to make high blood pressure go down?
My wife is having a hard time with her blood pressure. One minute it's up, next, it's down. She is on 3 meds but is getting off two, one of them (clonodine) is making it go high, getting off of it. What can I give her to make it go down quickly?
What is the minimum amount of dark chocolate I should eat to lower my blood pressure.?
I am 41 and have mildly high blood pressure. Usually around 140/80. I don't want to eat a lot of it, but enough to make a difference.
I am not currently on BP meds as my physician does not think I need them. He wants me to work with my diet.
I am very active. I work out intensely 6x per week.
I am 5'6" tall and weigh 125lbs.
BMI 20.2, within the normal range.
How to lower blood pressure?
I've noticed that my blood pressure has become pretty high, atleast it is for me. (It hovers around 139/90 and I've dealt with dull headaches and dizziness everyday for the past couple of weeks) Does anybody have tips or remedies that have work to lower blood pressure naturally. I would prefer not to get on meds at this point in my life unless totally necessary. Also, should I be worried about this because it's high but not tremendously high?
Need helpful ways to lower high Blood Pressure?
My friend, who has already been to a doctor and is taking her meds, is currently so far off the charts with her blood pressure that she's at risk of heart attack. Any advise on dieting/stress relief/exercise will help. Thanks.
What is the best combination of medications for high blood pressure and generalized anxiety disorder?
I currently take the following meds: metoprolol, felodipine, diovan, aspirin, lexapro, and gabapentin. I still feel depressed and anxious, but my blood pressure is under control. I just feel bad...tired, upset stomach, blah.
Is there a natural way to lower blood pressure, without taking prescription drugs?
I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. My doctor prescribed toprol xl 25mg and lisinopril 10mg. The side effects have been awful. She said I have to give my body time to get use to the meds. Well I feel worse than I did before I went to the dr. I have been monitoring my bp and it has dropped as low as 109/58. I can't stand up or walk when it gets that low. Any advice?
