How can you absorb vitamins better?
Is there any kind of medicine (perscription or anything) that allows your body to better absorb vitamins?
Also, what kind of perscription medications are used to treat anemia? (not aplastic, or sickle cell) I know iron supplements, but any perscriptions, and what do they do?
What could cause someone to stop being able to tolerate vitamins?
I have taken a number of different supplements, vitamins over the years. Now I cannot tolerate them without experiencing much fatigue the next day. The same seems to hold true of any medications. What could be the cause of this, and is there anything I can do to correct the problem?
how long can vitamins be outdated in order for them to be safe or good ?
I would like to know if it is okay to take vitamins if they are outdated from 6 months to a year. Are the value of them less and are they safe or is it useless to take them if they are outdated like some medications?

Can depression cause high blood pressure?
I've had depression for several years (been treated with medications), but I've noticed that whenever I'm feeling more depressed, my blood pressure goes up. Right now I'm 15 weeks pregnant and have been feeling pretty depressed recently. The last couple times I've been to my obstetrician, my blood pressure has been way up. The doctor is concerned about my BP since I'm pregnant. I was just wondering if depression can lead to high blood pressure. Thanks.
I was recently put on Metoprolol for blood pressure, and I'm stuffed up and need a decongestant. Suggestions?
I've heard that certain cold/decongestant medicines can raise your blood pressure and if you are on certain medications that could be bad. Does anyone know a good decongestant to take that I can buy at the pharmacy that is OK to take with Metoprolol (hypertension/blood pressure medicine)? Thanks!
Proof that Scientology's claims about vitamins curing mental problems are fake?
If their claims of vitamins being cures/treatments for illness's like schizophrenia were true then the vitamin industry would be keen to promote the proof as they would sell a whole lot more vitamins if that were the case. So, therefore there's the proof that the claims must be incorrect because no industry is going keep quiet about provable benefits from it's products! Also I would think that the NHS would also start suply them as they would be cheaper than the medications they have to provide!
In response to jenienla. Jeremy Perkins ring any bells? A paranoid schizophrenic whos mother, a scientologist, allowed him only to be treated with vitams as with in keeping with scientologists anti psychiary believes, he ended up stabing her seventy severn times.
