SPINAL DECOMPRESSION – ATM2 – BACK PAIN – ACUTE LATERAL SHIFT
Manual Therapy + Spinal Decompression + ATM2 = Success! Case: Severe Low Back Pain - Acute Spinal Deformity (Lateral Shift). Caution: Many or Most Medical &/or Health Care Providers Simply Do Not Know How To Properly Treat An Acute Spinal Deformity Such As This! Procedures Are Subtle & They Must Be Skillfully Applied & Procedures Must Be Applied Immediately Upon Onset! Any Delay In Treatment Could Result In Treatment Failure! I have had patient's in the past with similar deformities who received 'Manipulation' by another health care provider which resulted in Severe Disc Protrusion Requiring Surgery!
Low Back Pain-The musculoskeletal version of the common cold
Huge amounts of people have low back pain. Many choose drugs or surgery but they don't realize the damaging effects of these choices, especially when manual physical therapy offers low risk alternatives. Shouldn't those with specified training in musculoskeletal conditions be the first line of defense in treating the conditions? Spinal manipulation plus exercise is the most effective treatment out their for the treatment of low back pain. See a manual physical therapist today and get relief!

Low Back Pain- Sacroiliac Joint Animation – Everything You Need To Know – Dr. Nabil Ebraheim, MD
Educational video describing the sacroiliac joint as a source of low back pain. Due to the proximity of the sacroiliac joint to the hip and the spine, pain of SI joint origin may be attributed to a hip or spine condition rather than the sacroiliac joint itself. SI joint pain is an unappreciated problem. Clinical and radiological evaluation is not usually reliable. The only reliable method for diagnosing SI joint pain is by injection.
ATM2 (Active Therapeutic Movements) – Low Back Pain – LONG VERSION (See Shorter Version)
Overview of the ATM2: Treatment is a combined clinician/patient effort to manage and control musculoskeletal pain. It involves personalized body repositioning for finding unique, pain-free position for each user using a series of compressive belts in a weight bearing functional position. Once this position is found, the systems stabilize the patient allowing specific neuromuscular training based on body movement isolation that aims to achieve and sustain immediate pain reduction, increase range of motion, and improve function. The theory behind the system involves providing specific external compression to the pelvis and spine so the central nervous system realizes it no longer has to maintain a stabilized spine utilizing the global trunk muscles any longer; external force is imparted so these global muscles can relax. Once this is achieved, it allows for the spinal core muscles to be emphasized through a series of isometric contractions in the movement direction that was previously painful. With subsequent sessions, the spinal core muscles are being trained and over time strengthened to allow for spinal stabilization via the appropriate muscle group which are within the spine itself (ie, multifidi). The ATM2 is based upon Physical Therapy Principles, primarily that of Brian Mulligan procedures. Our web site provides testimonials of other patients who are having success with the ATM2 where they hadnt had success previously. (see www.ProPTRehab.com)
