Does giving a 12 year old kids multi-vitamin supplement everyday allows him to maximum his height potential?
I'm planning to give my 12 year old brother one pill of multi-vitamin supplement and make him drink around 6 cups of milk 2 morning, 2 lunch, 2 before he goes to bed, everyday so he can maximum his height growth...is this good?
How long does it take for the Centrum A to Zinc vitamin to work ?
Basically I noticed that when I take the vitamin with lunch or after noon or so, I tend not to be able to sleep before 3AM
I was wondering how long does it take before you get the effects of the vitamin and for how long it'll last :-(

What are the fatal levels in blood pressure?
I recently had to take a physical and was told I could not eat for at least 6 hours before they did my bloodwork. I ended up missing lunch, and didn't eat for about 10 hours. When the nurse started my bloodwork, she couldn't get a vein. I passed out 3 times and when she took my blood pressure when I finally came to, it was 60 over 40.
How close to fatal is that?
How do I take my Vitamins (Am I doing this right)?
I'm currently taking..
with breakfast:
- 500 mg Vitamin C
- 400 IU Vitamin E
with lunch:
- 1000 mg Omega 3 fish oil
- 8000 mcg Biotin
- Vitamin B-complex (Thiamine mononitrate, riboflavine, nicotinamide, pyridoxine HCl)
with dinner:
- 1000 mg Omega 3 fish oil
- 5 mg Folic acid
I was just wondering if I was doing this the right way? My sis takes the same vitamins but she takes hers all together with dinner. When is the best time of day to take each vitamin? For example, my doctor says that I should take the B-complex in the morning as it will make me feel more energized.

What is a good meal replacement drink?
at work when i take my lunch i always go to fast food places and i was wondering if there was a drink that i could take that has a lot of vitamins and would fill me up. something easy and i can buy at the grocery store and no powders.
