The doctor said I had love Vitamin D Levels. I asked if it's okay to take Jamieson Calcium pills (It has Vitamin D3 in it). He said it was okay, but do you think it's okay because Calcium and Vitamin D are not the same right even though they contribute to each other?

What do you guys think of this (Body Shop Skincare) ?
So, there is a new(ish) version of a skin care product at The Body Shop. "The Body Shop Vitamin C Microdermabrasion. I totally fell in love with this product. I have the thick, coarse skin of a man and I need something very abrasive to scour the dead skin off. I am a huge fan of St. Ives and combining with Vitamin C Microdermabrasion. Recently, The Body Shop have re-formulated this amazing skin care product. I squeezed some of the new product on my hand and I was absolutely devastated. It now feels creamy and fine. Its feels weak, puny and pathetic. It does not feel like the type of product that would remove any dead skin from my face. Me and my friends all agree that the new one feels like a slightly sandy moisturizer. I also dislike the smell as it smells highly perfumed and I am devastated as no store I know sells a product abrasive enough to exfoliate my skin.
I'm curious. What do you guys think of the knew formulation?
