Can taking too much of a Vitamin D supplement turn into fat?

I feel like I am not getting enough Vitamin D so today I bought a supplement, however after doing a little bit of reading I found that most Vitamin D supplements are fat-soluable and being the health freak that I am, am worried that this will cause an increase in fat amount. Can taking too much Vitamin D lead to an increase in fat?

How should i stretch my ear?

Alright so i got my ears pierced about 2 months back. They told me i should wait 2 months before stretching. It's been 2 months and about an extra week. So i went into my piercing shop today and grabbed some 8g earrings, but I didn't ask them to help me put them in because i was in a bit of a hurry. Anyway, i heard jojoba oil is good for your ears. Should i use it before i stretch, or after?
Also i know it's good to put them in while you're in the shower. However i don't want to take a shower just for that. I was thinking i would soak them in my sea-salt solution (from when i was cleaning them for the initial piercing, still have half a gallon left). One time to clean them, with the earrings in, and then when i'm ready to do the stretch, just take my earring out, soak each ear a little in the warm/hot salt water. Then put a little bit of anti-bacterial hand soap (non-scented and all that of course) on the earring. Then just pop em in.

I assume i'll know if they weren't ready and i get a blowout. Also, are there any other tips you can give me? My ear seems clean. They don't hurt like they use to. They're not oozing anything.

Also as an end note, i got them pierced at a 10g. The professional piercers at the parlor (they ONLY do piercings at this place, no tattoos) said 2 months and i should be good to stretch, they even said yeah i should be fine when i went back in to get the earrings today. I got vitamin e oil instead of jojoba (the store i went to was out of jojoba).
OK since the only answer i got was "Don't do it."

Let me state a few things. I have thought twice, more than twice actually about it. I don't care if certain people don't like them, i like them and plenty of girls like them. I don't feel the need to revolve my life around what will get me a girlfriend. It's how i want to look. I got my ears pierced at a 10g SPECIFICALLY for this. Also, i know the long term implications. I expect to have them forever (i treat piercings like tattoos, if you get them, they're a life-long commitment, even the small ones that can close up).

Also the whole "how do you think it'll look when you're 80!?!" argument is the stupidest thing ever. How good do you think you'll look without them when you're 80?
@sasha and the person under her. I wasn't yelling, i was just saying :o
sorry if i came off a bit angry. That's just how i feel about the "when you're 80" argument, and i was just explaining that so people don't keep giving me answers that say "Don't do it." I respect your opinion, in fact one of my best friends thinks that they're dumb. I apologize if it seemed like i was getting really mad. I'm not that temperamental ;)

indoor tanning without lotion?

i'm new to indoor tanning and i've been tanning for about 1-2 months now. i have a little bit of a base tan. i'm out of lotion so i bought some online beacuse it is considerably cheaper. anyways, i was wondering if it would be okay for me to tan without lotion a couple of times? my lotion isn't going to be here for atleast 2 weeks and i don't want my base tan to fade (i have fair-ish skin so getting a base tan was hard for me)

i know that tanning without lotion isn't good for your skin because it dries it out and it doesn't last as long, so if anything can i just use non tanning regular non sented lotion with vitamin e before and after i tan to keep it moisturized? or should i just go to a drug store and buy outdoor tanning lotion?

thanks so much to anybody who answers! :)
i bought some lotion from amazon, do you think it's fake?
it says it distributes from tanning salons

how can i get my nails to grow faster/stronger?

i want to grow out my finger nails and toe nails. my finger nails are kinda short but there is a little bit of white lining at the tips. i used to bite them and i stop around two weeks ago. since i used to bite them i never had long finger nails. i want to grow out my toe nails because their in really bad shape and they look disgusting. so i want to grow out my toe nails out so once their long i can trim them down to look nice. how can i do this? i've been taking biotin, vitamin E, and B-12, which have been helping. do those polishes that are sold in stores that say they make them grow longer/faster really work? what else will work?

Has anyone tried Neutrogena Healthy Skin Enhancer?

Ok so a little bit about my skin: I have really oily skin, I rarely break out (I'll get a zit or two during my period), and my skin isn't sensitive to most products. The only thing that's made my skin break out in a weird rash is products that have a high amount of vitamin e. I need to get a tinted moisturizer for those days when I just do not feel like taking the time to put foundation on in the morning. Has anyone tried this? What are your thoughts on it? If you don't think this one is any good, please recommend your favorites :) Preferably drugstore tinted moisturizers but you can suggest department store ones also. Thank youuu :)

ok, i know your suppose to clean ear gauges with sea salt and warm water..?

but i didn't have any, so i used rubbing alcohol, which i just found out, your not suppose to do. i JUST started gauging today, so i bought a size 18g surgical steel horse shoe type of thing? so i clean the hoop itself with alcohol, then put it in, then i put it in my ear and cleaned around the hole with alcohol. it's no longer red, just very very slightly not around the piercing, but kind of up my ear? not the whole way, but just a little bit, and there not really really red. is that normal? and what should i clean my ears with until i can find sea salt? the only thing i think that i have is vitamin E (liquid)? is vitamin e ok to use? i heard it was..but i'm kind of scared to use it because it has an oily touch to it. thanks!

what do i do after i reach my weight loss goal?

this is what i eat and do everyday. ( im trying to loose like 10 pounds more pounds. )

breakfast: special k granola bar
lunch: 100 calorie snack & flavored water
afternoon snack: low fat yogert
dinner:either, tuna fish, grilled chicken, otmeal, or a lean qazeen
then everyday i would take 2 vitamins for energy and extra protein.
plus for my workout i would walk 2-3 miles everyday. plus i would do 50-100 crunches.

i don't want to loose over 10 pounds.
so after i reach my weight goal, what do i do?
should i eat like a little bit more? and workout a day or 2 less?
because i still would like to keep the pounds off that i lost.
