Is there a vitamin deficiency that causes leg pain?

My legs have been hurting for 9 months or so and my doctor doesn't know what's going on (or doesn't care). I've noticed that when I take a certain multi-vitamin, my leg pain goes away, but when I take a prenatal vitamin, my leg pain returns. Is there a vitamin that I might be deficient in? I would love to know since the vitamin that gets rid of the pain KILLS my stomach.
