weight loss regimen for female, bmi 40.1?

I am an 18 year old female with a bmi of 40.1 (5'6, 250lbs). I am happy with the way my body looks, however, today I learned that I am developing arthritis in my knees due to my weight and that really effing scares me. I am looking to lose around 80-90 lbs, still "overweight", but out of the danger zone. I am open to all reasonably affordable suggestions, but I am not looking to be b**ched out about my weight. most of the excess weight is in my stomach, but also in my thighs and a bit in my butt. I would like to do my best to keep the fat in my backside and breasts, but I understand this is probably somewhat unavoidable. thank you ahead of time!

also, at the moment, I cannot put tons of money into this. a gym or group membership, a book, a dvd, vitamins, acupuncture, etc are within reason, but options like surgery and pills like alli and others are a bit out of my range.

After walking for 15-30 minutes+ I experience pain in my lower back and knees. Are there any exercises I can be doing to relieve this pain? I have shoe inserts for lower back pain but they don't seem to be working.

Need Weight Loss Help

I want to join the British Army i just turned 16 and weigh 240 pounds is it possible to lose 100 pounds in 6 pounds per week and i came up with a schedule that i think would work so just tell me what i should change Breakfast-Some fruit, Green Tea, and Vitamin
Lunch-Sub sand-which
Dinner- What ever my mom cooks

Then after dinner do 2 miles on treadmill, 1 mile on Elliptical, and 200 push-ups with knees and 300 sit-ups then go to bed and do it all over again so just make some suggestions to what i should do instead.

My mom makes pretty healthy meals
