Is it ok for me to take a multivitamin AND a vitamin e supplement?

I'm a 140-something lb 17 year old female and I've been taking multivitamins for some time, but I recently added an additional vitamin E supplement for my skin, which comes out to a grand total of 500 IU of vitamin E (100 in the multivitamin and 400 in the E supplement). Is that too much? Thanks!

What is considered to be a healthy dosage of Vitamin A?

I've noticed that some say 8000 IU and others 4450 IU
and so forth. So how much Vitamin A may I safely consume?
And what does IU mean anyway? I really would
appreciate some serious input.Thanks! :D

How do I take my Vitamins (Am I doing this right)?

I'm currently taking..

with breakfast:
- 500 mg Vitamin C
- 400 IU Vitamin E

with lunch:
- 1000 mg Omega 3 fish oil
- 8000 mcg Biotin
- Vitamin B-complex (Thiamine mononitrate, riboflavine, nicotinamide, pyridoxine HCl)

with dinner:
- 1000 mg Omega 3 fish oil
- 5 mg Folic acid

I was just wondering if I was doing this the right way? My sis takes the same vitamins but she takes hers all together with dinner. When is the best time of day to take each vitamin? For example, my doctor says that I should take the B-complex in the morning as it will make me feel more energized.

Thanks in advance!!! :)
