What vitamins are necessary to take everyday?

I started taking a list of vitamins every morning about a month ago, I've felt a lot more alert and awake since starting the regimen along with more healthy. Right now I'm taking vitamin d3, super B complex, Fish oil, Woman's one a day, and a large iron supplement due to anemia. Are these enough to help keep me healthy?

Does it matter when you take your vitamin?

Is there a time of day that is best for taking a vitamin? I take a multivitamin as well as an iron supplement. I want to ensure maximum absorption.

Of the three types of iron supplements, which have vegan (non-animal) sources?

Between ferrous sulfate, ferrous gluconate, and ferrous fumarate, the three choices of iron supplement, which one or ones are not made from animal products? I already know I need to take it with Vitamin C, b12, and folic acid/folate and I know to not take any Calcium or tea at the same time. I just need help knowing which kind to buy because I do not use things made from animals. Thanks!
By the way before anyone tries to pull a fast one, I know one of them is vegan because there are vegan iron supplements available online, I just don't know which kind they use. And I can't wait to buy the ones online because I need it now and anyway I can't really afford the extra shipping cost.
Thanks hardcore but I need it now and can't afford to travel or pay shipping to order online, and all we have in my town is walmart and grocery stores so I need to know the actual form of ferrous, either sulfate, gluconate, and fumarate that is vegan because I'll have to buy some generic brand.

Iron supplement to help with possible anemia?

So I just started taking a liquid iron supplement. They told me at the vitamin store that it's made so the body can absorb the iron and B vitamins faster and put them to use.

My gyno put me on this hormone to make me start my cycle because I hadn't had one in about 10 months. She thinks I have polycystic ovary syndrome. That's a whole other thing but with this cycle I've felt really sick. I felt like I was going to pass out in my class today and I've been nauseous all day. I talked to my chiropractor about it and he said I might be a little anemic so he said to try some iron and B complex. My Gyno on the other hand basically said that I'm just having a hard period and the vitamins will not work. She said it will take 6 weeks for iron to kick in.This has never ever happened to me with any other cycle I've had in my life though. I've never like this. And I know it's not a cold or flue or bug. I know my body and I know the difference. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you!

Can taking too many nutritional supplements each day cause harm?

I went to the store the other day and went pill crazy. I bought daily vitamins, biotin for my hair, alpha lipoic acid for my skin and ginko for concentration along with an iron supplement. Is this too much to take each day or is it okay?

(read details please!) Should I take an iron supplement?

Okay first...I'm a 15 year old girl.

The past few months it's been increasingly difficult for me to stay awake during the day when I'm not moving around. No matter how much sleep I get, whether I get 6 hours, which is the least I ever get, or 10 hours, I can't seem to stay awake. It's extremely inconvenient. For nearly two months I slept through my entire Algebra class, which starts around 2pm. I've also gotten caught on occasion sleeping during morning classes. Even on the weekends, whether I'm at a friend's house, or my grandparent's house, or just hanging out at home, I suffer from fatigue and sometimes fall asleep. On random occasions I have minor to severe (severe imo, anyway) chest pains, and every once and awhile I'll black out momentarily after getting up from doing something (I think that happens when blood doesn't flow to your head fast enough? but w/e) Finally after 3 months or so of falling asleep in class and not getting much of a response from my mom after confronting her about my problem, I took it upon myself to go to the school nurse and tell her about it. She said there wasn't much she could do for me right there, but she mentioned "low iron levels" and called my mom about it. My mom can't take me to a doctor, not only because I don't have one but because she's going away for a month due to her own medical problems. After looking into it, I think there may be a possibility that I'm suffering from anemia (or I'm at least at risk for it), but without a doctor's diagnosis there's not much I can do.

So I was thinking about taking some sort of iron supplement. Today I picked up something from the store, "Easy Iron: a highly absorbable iron supplement that is easy on your stomach." For one thing, am I old enough to take this? I know some of the stuff that can happen when taking an iron supplement...stomach upset, constipation, heartburn...anything else? Are there any foods I shouldn't eat if I take one?

I guess I should include this as well...the % of daily value included in each capsule:

Folic Acid - 100%
Vitamin B-12 - 417%
Iron - 139%

Should I try taking one? Or should I wait until I can get to a doctor first? (this could be months...many months, I haven't been to a doctor in over 3 years) I'd really rather not have to suffer with the fatigue in the beginning of the school year if I can help it...

Thanks!
