Could the ingredients in this be the cause of my improved mood?
Hey,
Iv been taking this vitamin supplement for 3 weeks now and recently have noticed an improved mood. I was taking a multi vitamin and b-complx before. Could the ingredents in this have improved my mood as I know there are amino acids and herbs in this that can do this i think? the ingredients are at the end of this question.
On the other hand I have hypothyroidism and have been increasing my medication recently too, so maybe the improved mood is from this?
Also, My vitamin D was a bit low in a test and I have also been taking 2000IU vitamin D3 for the past 3 weeks.
For the past few years I have felt quite depressed and unsociable because of this but recently have felt much more sociable and out going, but really don't know if it's the correcting of hypothyroidism or the supplement doing this. Which out of these three is more likely causing the better mood?

Weight loss question…?
I have a 3 year old, and a 2 1/2 month old... I've been watching what I eat, I don't even eat much at all actually, doing light exercise, as much as I can anyway, I stay very busy with work, school, 2 kids... but the weight is just not coming off, I take green tea vitamins, drink water water water, nO cokes... I also had my thyroid removed and now have hypothyroidism...
Any tips?? Suggestions? Please no rude ones, it's already a touchy subject..
weight loss: How quick should it come off?
I have made changes in my eating habits and was wondering how fast I should see the weight come off. I am 38 year old female. I have cut out pop/soda all together. I am not eating past 7:30 p.m. and watching what I eat. I am a very busy woman and eat on the go a lot. So I am trying not to eat fast food at all. If I do I try to make it a healthy choice. I also take Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism and a B complex vitamin.
What are the best vitamins to take when you have hypothyroidism?
I have hypothyroidism and I'm trying to stay away from foods that are goitrogenic foods. Some of these foods contain my favorite veggies. I can't eat them raw, but I can eat as much as I want when they are cooked. Of course, everyone knows that when you cook veggies, they loose a lot of their nutritional value. What is the best vitamin I can take that contains a full days worth needed for my diet? If it helps, I'm a 22 year old female. I'm also overweight because I went a few years not knowing I had this syndrome and it caused me to gain a lot of weight (which is another reason why I'm asking this because I'm trying to loose the weight I've put on by switching to eating more fruits, veggies, and protein).
Thanks!
