Heavy sweating in pubic area stopped while on progesterone?
I have researched that my symptoms listed below are related to a progesterone deficiency. So I grabbed the cream at the herbal store. When I stop using the cream, I sweat badly again. Also I have ovarian cysts, horrible pms, heavy bleeding periods with cramps when I dont take hormones or vitamins.Does that mean that I have a progesterone deficiency imbalance.
to add, I only used the cream for two days
Taking growth hormone supplements makes you a bit taller?
Not that tall but I know a person that probably took some along with healthy diet exercise, mass weight powders etc... in the Vitamins store. He was very short and shorter than I am but as my highschool years passed by he became taller than I am and I mean really tall!
18 is still around the growth caliber and I know that and people know that, I'm going to research and get information as I can for me to atleast help my body add extra inches than having to regularly hope for a stretch! I'm 5'5 my goal is to atleast get an inch, I know this can't happen just like that since puberty is over, but people specially young adults like I am can still grow, by the way males don't stop growing until 25 and right now I still look like a sixteen year old! I know I have gained a centimeter trying to keep my starting now; infinite health regime. Everyone seems so tall now.
What about HGH can that help?
Levothroid has helped my friend stabilize his hormones but I wonder if taking it for a month or only a week can boost my hormones?
Tribulus Testosterus I heard is a mild one that can probably help, do you know any growth hormone supplements that can probably help?
Anabolic steroids sounds extreme and I will think twice before taking them, after all im just and still 18- What other supplements can one take that you think can boost growth in one's body?
And I know yahoo answers have professionals who are so helpful!
10/10 for a straight senseful one! Thx! Pls. No bs answers this is a pro question for a pro answer. Lol.
Ultimate height is based on DNA BUT! Parents are just one key in your DNA, I have seen and known taller people with short parents but date one's ancestry and triggers of taller genes can be used, I believe solely on this because I have seen people get taller, people who answer that it's solely based on parents etc etc. Are False. If you are reading this then yes you can increase your height! ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE! surgery would help, growth supplements do!
Believe in it!
What should the daily calorie protein and carb intake be for a 19 year old 145 lb male?
Right now I am working on a daily diet routine to gain some muscle mass. This is defiantly a rough draft but so far all and all it came out to.
5128 calories
341 grams of protein
885 carbs
With the following mixed in with my six meals a day I would be eating.
Multi-vitamins (Vitamins)
Glutamine (amino acids)
Creatine (creatine)
whey protein (quick digested protein)
Casein protein (long term digested protein)
zma (magnesium, zinc, B12, B6, folic acid, hormones)
liver tablets (some same amino acids as Bcaa and glutamine but some different + essential vitamins)
fish oil (good for heart and joints)
weight gainer (extra carbs calories and protein besides food intake)
bcaa's (different amino acids then glutamine)
I feel like the calorie protein and carb intake for my weight is a bit much and too much of it will be converted in to fat rather then muscle. I read that for every extra 3500 calories consumed it equals a pound. So for every extra 500 calories I intake it would be a pound a week. Can anyone help me out with all of this? I just want to know how much calories protein and carbs to intake per day to not get super fat but to gain muscle mass and of course invertibly that bit of fat.
Are all of these mass building supplements good to take together?

Do any of them cancel out each other? Or do something the other one does as well? I typed in parenthesis what each of them do from researching online, but want some personal opinions as well. I only weigh 150, around 5'11 and 19 years old. Been trying to gain some muscle mass for a while now and am finally getting serious.

The humidity is ruining my skin? What should I do?
My skin has been crapping all over because of the enormous humidity in NYC. I mean, it's not oily, but I've never had pimples in my life...(I can swear that l never used anything for my skin and it would stay fresh and clean) but since I moved here, I've been getting those pimples out of nowhere.
l tried alcohol, l tried some weird fluid (with vitamins for your skin) I bought in the local pharmacy, yet nothing seems to help.
Do you have any suggestions?
Do you use anything to keep those annoying zits away?
l know it's not hormonal, so I don't want to use those hormones, because it's the weather.
Thank you.
