What is the Vitamin B complex doing to my body?
I started taking a Vitamin B-Complex and I feel better and have more energy, but I took it before bed and I had a hard time sleeping. Its also causing my pee to be bright yellow, I seem to be peeing more and having a lot of bowel movements-is this normal?
It says on the bottle that it also contains Rose Hips and Rice Bran...

I was wondering if vitamin e really helped reduce, fade or get rid of stretch marks. I used to be big when I was younger, but I just lost about 40 pounds and I have a few light stretch marks on my hips and backs of my arms. I didnt know if vitamin e oil would help or not..
