bradscottfitness.myvi.net Here are some dieting tips I came up with to help get you lean and ripped for summer. Let's face it, everyone wants to look great by the pool with their shirt off. Just follow these short simple steps for months and show dedication, and you will get the results you are looking for. A healthy diet with a good workout program can do wonders as long as you do them both on a daily basis. If you have any questions feel free to message me. Step 1 Eat more frequently throughout the day Now a lot of people say to eat 4-6 meals throughout the day but we all know that with work and school it is sometimes hard to find the time to have a full meal so what I do is eat 3 main meals and then have 3 snacks in between those meals. Snacks can include : Vegitables, fruit, yogurt, protein shakes What this does is increases your metablolic rate so you are burning more calories throughout the day Step 2 : Eat some form of protein with every meal Some good sources of protein that I eat are chicken,cottage cheese, turkey, tuna, eggs, salmon, talapia, and protein shakes. Protein helps support muscle growth and the more muscle you build the faster you burn calories and the faster you will lose weight. Step 3 : Drink more water By drinking water you are will not be getting any liquid calories which is good because it cuts down your overall calorie count.
