Ivori’s Dieting Tips

I wanted to make a video about some of the foods I am eating while on a diet. I thought this video would help people in discovering foods that they were not aware of. I eat 4, 240 calorie meals and I try to make those calories from good foods like oatmeal, soy, ETC. I do eat frozen dinners, but I have a guideline that I go by : 1. 250 calories or less 2. At / Less than 4g Sat. Fat 3. At /Less than 800mg Sodium 4. Dinner has 3-5 grams of Fiber 5. Includes vegetables 6. Only 1 frozen dinner a day

weight loss: How quick should it come off?

I have made changes in my eating habits and was wondering how fast I should see the weight come off. I am 38 year old female. I have cut out pop/soda all together. I am not eating past 7:30 p.m. and watching what I eat. I am a very busy woman and eat on the go a lot. So I am trying not to eat fast food at all. If I do I try to make it a healthy choice. I also take Levothyroxine for hypothyroidism and a B complex vitamin.
