Help my Hair Shredding.. can anyone tell me why is it and how i can stop it?
I need help my hair is shredding like crazy... i dont even bruh my hair anymore cuz i'm scared i'm going to lose all of myy hair...
Is it shredding because of my diet... sugar?
i've heard many things that can reduce my problem but i don't think they work.... I NEED SUGGETIONS
1. SHAMPOO: do you know any shampoo that can help me.. i heard "Panteen Pro-V" or "Redkin" (Redkin is sold only at salons, does that mean its better?). I need help does a certain shampoo help hair get healthier... if so can you tell me ASAP!
2. HAIR OIL: my cousin in Kuwait wears oil every night and showers in the morning...every day... and her hair is extremely healthy and long! i don't know if it will work for me...and if it does i am a bit lazy but if it means that it'll help my hair...I'm up for it!
I NEED HELP... i know pills will help i mean vitamin pills...but i need help on specific things like shampoo or pills which vitamins are best for my hair....
my hair is very thin and frizzy all the time...i wear hair spray every now and hen and i straighen my hair like every other week...that's not too bad is it? well anyways i need suggestions... help hair shredding
Using extra virgin olive oil in your hair for a treatment? what is the best method?
I heard extra virgin olive oil can be used as a really good hot oil treatment to deep condition hair and help repair damage but there are so many methods out there, I don't know which one is best to use!
My hair has been a bit abused this past month or so since I started to blow dry it again (I stopped using any heat on it for a long time to try to keep it healthy) and I used curlers etc on it last week and hair spray a couple of times and I think all this has dried my hair out and damaged it.
I am letting it dry naturally again and have stopped using any heat on it and have started taking vitamins etc for my hair again. But I really want to do a hot oil treatment on my hair tonight to deep condition it.
So I really need a hot oil treatment method with olive oil that is easy and I can do at home, please?
Also has anyone used l'oreal elvive damage repair hair mask? Cause it was on offer in a shop today so I bought some and I plan to start using it once or twice a week.
Do hair masks also help repair damage and soften hair?
