Lemon Essential Oil – Young Living Essential Oils
Kenneth Gardner explains how you can use your therapeutic grade Young Living Lemon essential oil, which is one of the 9 "Everyday Oils". www.KennethGardner.com I'm Kenneth Gardner, and I've been using the Young Living products, and I love what they do for me. Believe it or not, I am almost 50 years old, and the thing I love about the Young Living essential oils is the physical and emotional benefits that they provide. Today, what I'd like to talk to you about is the Lemon essential oil, how I use it and many other ways that you can use it. Lemon essential oil is known to be a powerful antioxidant and immune stimulant, and you can get those benefits simply by adding it to your water, and that will flavor the water and give you those benefits. Another way you could take it internally is by putting some in a capsule from Young Living. You could put a few drops in a capsule, playing with the amount, and simply swallow it. Lemon essential oil is not the same as lemon juice. Lemon oil is made from the rind. Nevertheless, it could be used in cooking for seasoning and for flavoring in baking. You could put it in other beverages and even make your own lemonade with a few drops of lemon oil plus water and sweetener, playing with the amounts. There's a trick with Lemon essential oil to extend the shelf life of your fruits, and that is to wash your fruit and then dunk them in a bowl of water that has drops of lemon oil in it. Lemon essential oil would be good to diffuse in your ...
Can anorexia cause your skin to become transparent?
I am not exactly anorexic, but I have been unwell and struggling to eat, I have lost lots of weight and I am very thin, I am now rapidly noticing that my skin is transparent, to the point where the veins inside my mouth look varicose. I can see veins everywhere, especially the dark small red ones. I am also getting spider veins and spots on my skin. The flesh in my mouth has lost its elasticity and I can see visible bright red blood vessels travelling from my gums to my teeth. Is this to do with weight loss or vitamin deficiency or something else?
I have had bood tests last week which appeared normal including blood cultures. I feel weak and tired too and I am still getting panic attacks.
Also, my pulse has been fast and my body temperature fluctuates from normal to low.
I have seen more than one doctor and the most recent doctor sent me home telling me to have a holiday. He said there was nothing he could do for me, it COULD be because I've lost weight. But because my bloods were fine he wasn't worried. he again told me it was anxiety!
what are some suggestions for vitamins or minerals to help gums and teeth?
I have found vitamin C and calcium a help in keeping gums in good condition, along with flossing. Would anyone else have any more suggestions? Sometimes there are things that can be obtained from a vitamin/herb supply store that can help reduce the amount of trips to a dentist, what do you think?
What are the best vitamins, herbs, etc. for gum (as in mouth) health?
In addition to flossing and brushing twice daily, I would like to know what foods or supplements I can take to improve or stabilize the state of my gums (and thus, my teeth). I've seen reports that say that Vitamin C and Vitamin A are very good but I'd like to verify. Thanks!
