What multivitamin is formulated to be taken while on antidepressants?
I recently saw a multivitamin (mostly B vitamins I believe) in the grocery store that said it was specially formulated to be taken while you're currently taking antidepressants such as Zoloft, Lexapro, etc. It didn't list Wellbutrin XL, but that's the antidepressant I'm on.
Anyway, my question is where can I find this type of vitamin in a store or online? I saw it in a grocery store and now I want to research it but I don't remember the name. When I tried googling or looking on vitamin websites they don't list any that are specific to taking with antidepressants - they just list ones that are natural antidepressants.
Does anyone know of a brand that I can research or try that has this formula? I know I can take B vitamins, but I'd like to find something like this that is packaged and ready to go with one multivitamin pill that will give me the supplement I need while on this medicine.

I am 15 years old a tad bit over weight, i weigh like 160 but i am not good at running, i want to replace my weight with muscle, i am built extremely muscular on upper body but my lower body strength is not the best like i can bench 140 and squat 280, how can i improve this fast i would like to possibly have a six pack or at least abs by December and it is towords the end of September now, when i am in a grocery store i get the biggest urges to eat sugary and fatty foods, what are some high protein foods and maybe some vitamins that i can eat to help me...?

Diet Pills and vitamins, are they hard on the liver.?
I do a pretty good job at losing weight by eating right and working out all on my own but results are slow and I been thinking about taking force factor or maybe xendrine to shed some pounds fast; however I am already taking vitamin D and an all natural protien powder that I get from a organic grocery store. But is it safe, I heard that too many vitamins and diet pills can be hard on the liver is this true?
