Best vitamins for me?
I'm 18, i don't eat any vegetables and i usually don't get my vitamin c. I'm always weak and lazy i guess because i don't diet properly. I've never ate greens or anything, the last time i tried to eat a carrot i was like dying it was horrible. So can anyone recommend any good vitamins...

Weight loss advice? Please help!!!?
am 18, 5ft 6in and 189lbs. I want to lose 54lbs by next year May 2010. I am on the Special K diet for now only to lose the first couple of pounds to help me see results and get more motivated to drop even more and will be eating only 1,300 calories only. I gave up sweets and juice and soda. I am will be going to the 4x a week. Doing mainly cardio and weight lifting(every other day).
Will I lose weight with this TEMPORARY plan for now which is just a test drive? After I lose the first couple of pounds I am going to be putting more grains, greens, fiber, and more healthier nutrients in my body.

Hi im 23 years old and fairly healthy but i could be healthier im about 6foot about 145 pounds i eat alot of chicken and fast food ( i know its not good for me) but i rarely eat greens ( i like salads,and raw broccoli) but if i wanted to buy the vitamin pills from like walmart or a gmc or where ever what are the Essential vitamins i should buy? i do take vitamin c pills. what else?

Is a calorie a calorie when it comes to weight loss?
Example: Could someone eat bad food like burgers/fries/and so on, while taking multi-vitamins/nutrional supplements (to make up for not eating greens/calcium/so-on) and still lose weight?

Can you overdose on Vitamin C Tablet/Pills?
Im currently sick :[ and i went to wall greens to buy vitamin C pills. It has 500MG's and contains 883% of vitamin C per tablet. It recommended one but hey what do they know =D can i take like 3 or 4 to boost my immune system faster ?
where do you store vitamins? in the refrigerator? or…?
i read somewhere online< that vitamins should be stored in the fridge? is this true? if so.. is there a special way to wrap them? before putting them in.. these vitamins are the ultra mega greens by gnc.. and fish oil capsules 300 mg. (gel capsules)
so... yeah.. or is it better to just leave em in a drawer?
