How do I find out how many vitamins I should take?

I'm looking to find out how much of certain vitamins I should be consuming an day, and how much dairy/grains/fruits/veggies, too. Really, I just want some help with what I should be eating. I know that foods high in sodium such as nuts and ketchup are silent stalkers on high blood pressure, but are there other foods that can cause blood pressure spikes like maybe okra, starches, or grains? Thank you!

im not going to some international grocery store to buy some dehydrated panda crap that is supposed to help you loose like 10 pounds in a day. im talking normal food and grains, or exercise plans maybe vitamins too. please and thank you!!

Can you take a prenatal vitamin if you're fasting/not pregnant?

I'm, first of all, NOT PREGNANT. I just have a leftover bottle of prenatals from when I was, a year ago. I am going on a fruit and veggie fast, and so I know that I will be depleting myself from lots of vitamins and things that I need from other foods like meat, grains, etc.

So I heard the easy way to get around that is by taking a multivitamin, which helps level out things in your body while on a fast. But I just want to know if I can take my prenatal vitamins before I go buy a big thing of other vitamins. Are they the same?

If you are taking Laxatives to lose weight, will drinking Gatorade solve the electrolyte loss issues?

I am trying to lose weight, and I just started taking laxatives. I have been reading alot about them, and I found out that they make you lose weight because of water loss at first, and then fat loss. To counter the water and electrolyte loss, can I just drink a gatorade in the morning with vitamin supplements, and then in the afternoon after those have been absorbed take laxatives?
It seems like this would work, but I want other opinions too.

And for the record, I am of a sound mind, and I am not doing this to lose weight forever. I just want to get to a healthier body weight. I weigh 190 now, and I only want to weigh 150. I also exercise and eat lots of fruits and grains.
