I am trying to balance my diet better. Someone told me to eat more food with vitamin b, said it will help with my moods (God knows I need that lol) what is out there....

What’s the best method to lower high blood pressure naturally ?
Aside from the obvious methods of eating right, exercises and lowering salt intake. Are there any natural herbs or remedies that can lower really high blood pressure quickly ? i recently found out i was pregnant. i'm 21, i go out to the bar and party quite a bit. there were concerns that the fetus would not do too well seeing how as i'm not the most healthy eater either and do not get near the right amount of vitamins/veggies, etc. i made the hard decision of abortion. i am not pro-choice abortion. however, in the best interest of the baby..i felt it was best. i went to the clinic and had my ultrasound done before the procedure and they couldn't find the fetus (i was 14 weeks pregnant--was 11 when i first found out). they told me i must have miscarried at approximately 6 weeks and all that was left inside was tissue. in a way i was so so so relieved that i didn't have to go through with the procedure. THANK YOU GOD. but on the same note, so so so sad that i didn't have the choice to have the baby anymore.. really mixed feelings. whoa this is long.. point is, i want a tattoo so i can remember. it taught me a huge lesson. my sister previously went through this bu thad her baby and i have a beautiful 3 year old nephew. so it was really hard for me to make the abortion decision after seeing how well my sister did. SO i want a tattoo..discreet.. i need ideas. it was a big turning point for me and made me really realize how one night can change your whole life..help?
