Can I strengthen my vision with vitamins or supplements?
My daughter has been seen by a eye doctor and she needs glasses. I was wondering if there supplements or vitamins or certain foods I could give her to help her eyesight strengthen as she grows? She is 5 now.
What do you think of my skincare regime?
I'm 13 and have a moderate acne problem ,do you think that this will clear it up?

take Fish Oil, Doxycyline (antibiotic perscribed by deem) and some kind of vitamin for skin (I'm going to get it tomorrow-- suggestions) Is there anything else I should be taking
I drink AT LEAST 8 8 oz glasses of water a day, but usually more like four liters, I do yoga, I walk every day, I jog twice a week, I only eat healthy non-processed foods, a lot of fruits and veggies, no dairy or white bread...
Anything else I should be doing?

How many glasses of Vitamin D milk should i drink a day to help my depression?
i read that vitamin D can help depression. so how many glasses of vitamin D milk should i have each day for it to help me with my depression? also, i dont want to drink so much milk that it makes me gain weight.
What effect if any does staying well hydrated have on high blood pressure?
Somebody told me that you can flush some of the salts from your system by drinking 8 glasses of water or more a day, but I though part of the problem of high blood pressure is that there is already too much fluid in your blood. I'm already on Diovan, doing gripping exercises, doing cardio, trying to reduce salt intake, and trying to lose weight but I'm looking for extra things to do to help.

Will my skin be saggy during and after weight loss?
My name is Monica and I'm 22. I'm 5-4 and weight 306 lbs. I have always been on the heavy side but not morbidly obese. When I was 15, 16, and 17 me weight was steady at 190 lbs. I have gained over 100 lbs in 5 years. I have made my mind up to lose weight. I am getting the lap band surgery and want to lose one pound per week I want to lose it slow because it helps in preventing saggy skin. I want to lose 150 lbs so half my weight. I will be walking one hour everyday and joining a gym for body sculpting exercises with weights. I'm drinking three glasses of skim milk daily and taking fish oil vitamins. This is supposed to keep your skin tight so I heard. I am African American if that makes a difference no offense but our skin is tighter and firmer :-)
If I drink too many glasses of Orange Juice will the Vitamin C quantity be harmful?
If one glass has 100% vitamin C, then would drinking 3 or 4 glasses be bad for you? What if you drank like a bottle and a half during the course of a day?
Is it bad to eat/drink more than the daily recommended value of vitamins?
I dont eat alot of vitamins and minerals mainly I don't pay attention to it, but since I don't eat slot of vegetables I decided to try some v8 but I really liked the berry v8 better!
The berry v8 has 100% of vitamins A, B, and C and I drink two or three glasses of v8 a day. Is this bad for me? That means I am getting two to three times the daily recommended value.

i don't drink 8 glasses of water. instead i drink 2-3 1L bottles of Smart Water a day, is that okay?
Is it safe to drink juice? gatorade? vitamin water?
what key foods should i avoid during a diet?
how long should a diet last?
i feel that the answers to these questions would be my key to help me lose weight that i'd wanna lose.
another thing is, if i monitor my weight by keeping a log of my progress and foods i eat, how do i know the amount of calories i'm intaking?
for example; the foods we eat are normally homecooked so i wouldn't know what the calories of grilled steak, sauteed asparagus, with mashed potatoes and/or green beans is.
does chewing gum satisfy hunger cravings?
i'm quickly trying to get my eating habits back on track as i am going to be going back to school soon and beginning a job. if allowing to splurge, how often should be allowed? i have a thing for caffeine that i've been slowing breaking as well.

Can enough Vitamin A actually repair your vision?
Let's say your vision has gotten a little blurry, from causes that are ambiguous right now. You could either get glasses/contacts, get laser eye surgery, or simply take lots of Vitamin A, the active ingredient in carrots, which everyone says is good for your eyesight.
Does Vitamin A work that way, or does it just prevent vision damage, as opposed to undoing damage already done? Or maybe it repairs some kinds of vision failure, but not all, like strain to the lens or something?
