What kind of vitamins will I need?
I want to go on a mostly fruits and vegetables diet(lifestyle). The reason is because when I eat things like breads and pastas and stuff like that which is a bit heavier, I start to feel sick. I just think I need to eat things that are lighter on my stomach. I want to have mostly fruits a veggies, and nuts, yogurt, cheese as well. I've already been a vegetarian my whole life, but Im wodnering what kind of vitamins will I need to stay healthy?
Can you grind vitamin talbets in blender with your juice?
I like juicing fruits and vegetables, but have a very hard time taking vitamin supplements on a consistent basis. Is there any harm in just putting all my tablets and gel caps including slow release niacin in the blender to get grinded and dissolved in the juice for consumption?
Why don't most people with depression know they are simply vitamin deficient?
One of those green superfood drinks and they'll feel better right away... American food is seriously vitamin deficient, even the fruits and vegetables which are grown in nutrient-poor soil.
Okay, I knew I would get a lot of arguments against this. So all I can say is it definitely worked for me and it wouldn't hurt to drink a bottle of the stuff and see what happens.

I used to consider myself a secretary dark person, Until i cut my hair, I couldnt hide my eyes (I'm different, If my eyes can be seen, my attitude changes, i feel spirits can communicate via eye contact, anyways back to the question)

Because i was told getting lots of vitamin B in your diet is one of the best ways to get faster hair growth

see, I got the haircut a while ago, and i was pretty normal, but recently i'd been listening to U2 and it's been bringing back all the bad and good memories, of all the lost people in my life, And I want to revert back to my old life, where i wasn't constantly thinking about my own depression
And why? Because my eyes were hidden, noone can communicate with my unless I talk that way, which i rarely do when i'm sad
