What kind of vitamins should I be taking?

Well About a month or two ago I started an exercise routine and i've been able to stick with it but my problem is I rarely eat fruits or vegetables so is there a certain type of vitamin that would help out with that? My dad said just to get multi vitamins but i thought i'd get a second opinion

How do I find out how many vitamins I should take?

I'm looking to find out how much of certain vitamins I should be consuming an day, and how much dairy/grains/fruits/veggies, too. Really, I just want some help with what I should be eating. I'm a 19 y.o. female, 5'3, 110 pounds (I'm not looking to gain or lose weight, this is my healthy average weight). Any websites or books?

take Fish Oil, Doxycyline (antibiotic perscribed by deem) and some kind of vitamin for skin (I'm going to get it tomorrow-- suggestions) Is there anything else I should be taking

I drink AT LEAST 8 8 oz glasses of water a day, but usually more like four liters, I do yoga, I walk every day, I jog twice a week, I only eat healthy non-processed foods, a lot of fruits and veggies, no dairy or white bread...

Anything else I should be doing?

Do vitamin pills really give you as much vitamins as they say they do?

So like a vitamin pill has like every vitamin with like 100%+ and a lot of mgs... but fruits have only so little and you have to eat so much.

Can a 12year old take womens daily multi Vitamins?

My 12 year old daughter is a very picky eater and I just had her iron checked to see if she was anemic. The results came back that she is borderline anemic. She wont eat meats that often and rarely eats veggies and fruits she just wont eat if she doesn't want to and I cant make her eat... I just don't want to overdose her with these vitamins. Are they safe?
