Supplement mixture, any dangers, warnings, or suggestions for better methods?

First off, I'll start by saying that I have Vitiligo, so Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, and Folic Acid are a mixture I've been told that can help the condition my body has trouble absorbing them. Never the less, I started taking these supplements which I'll list with their dosages. My question is in several parts because I don't know much about supplements. First, the mixture I will describe below, is it in any way dangers? Any warning you might have for me? Secondly, I know B12 is as difficult vitamin to absorb, especially for someone who likely has a hard time absorbing to begin with. Will taking a B12 lozenge work, or should I just jump right in and go for the shots? Thanks in advance for the help, and below is the list and dosages

1) Vitamin B12 Lozenge 1000 mcg (1 daily)
2) Lutein 6 mg (1 daily)
3) Folic Acid 800 mcg (2 daily)
4) Milk Thistle Extract 175 mg (2 daily)
5) Vitamin C Chewable 500 mg (2 daily)
6) Flax Seed Oil 1000 mg (2 daily)
7) Veggie Complete (2 daily) -no dosage given-
8) Fruit Complete (2 daily) -no dosage given-

This is a two part question?

The first part of this question is that I have combination skin and I'm African American..what skin products would be best for my combination skin...Also what vitamins help the skin..I have been trying to take Flax Seed Oil capsules for a few days..but I'm not sure if its working

Flax seed oil, fish oil, Cod liver oil, Evening Primose oil…so many oils. Which one? ?

I was reading about treating my acne with omega-3's and Vitamin A which you find in Flax seed oil, fish oil, Cod liver oil, and Evening Primose oil. All have claimed to clear acne but does anyone know which one works the best?

acne remedy?

has anyone else tried this, i was looking and found this post and this dude said this is what you take and it will clear it up for good, he used to work at a health board company or something like that

Take this daily

Niacin-vitamin B3 (the FULL flush type--must be this type-you'll get used to it) 500 milligrams-once in the morning, once at night

Chromium Picolinate-200 micrograms-once in the morning, once at night (US govt owns patent on this-interesting huh?)

Zinc Picolinate-50 milligrams ONCE a day

Flax Seed Oil Softgels-1000 milligrams-one a day (make sure the one you buy does not use hexane to process their oil)

Use this for two weeks and thank me very much-do this for a month and say HOLY CROP! After two weeks, cut the niacin dosage to once a day.

Fish Oil and Vitamin Help?!?!?

What is a good website to buy vitamins and other herbs. I am battling severe depression and anxiety and stress. I Take origin vitamins but find they are less healthy than nature made. I also don't know whether to get fish oil pills or flax seed oil. I am afraid of getting mercury poisoning as I already gt a bad batch of the seasonal and h1n1 flu shot....so im afraid of ingesting any more mercury into my system...as im only 16....

Is it wrong to take 2 different kinds of Vitamins at the same time?

At the moment I am taking Woman's One A Day Vitamins Daily. I recently heard about Flax Seed Oil Vitamins and I was thinking about taking them too. Should I stop taking the One A Day Vitamins and take the Flax Seed Vitamins or can I take them both together at the same time. I will really appreciate all of ur answers...GOD BLESS
