What are some cheap vitamins that you would take once a day only?

for example vitamin b, c, d etc...

Reason:
I'm taking dinitrophenol but the only way I can sneak it into the house is by buying a pack of vitamins, dumping out all the vitamins and replacing them with dnp pills. Now I have fish capsules, vitaim b capsulves, vitamin c and pyruvate so I need to know what other vitamin I can take, that says "one a day" on the package so that my parents won't die if they decide to take some of my vitamins because an overdose of dnp will kill you.

What is a good diet for a pregnant woman who needs to gain weight?

I am actually underweight b/c I have some stomach issues (gastritis & IBS). But now I have to eat to get the proper nutrients for the baby. Does anyone know a good diet to follow... prefereably including an "example menu" or a website where I can find one? I take a vitamin - but it only has 400 mcg of folic acid & I need double that (the prenatal vitamins mess me up - so I'm on 1/2 the dose). I know I spinach is good. What else?
Also, what is fish is low in mercury? Is it okay to eat the imitation krab meat?

best vitamins and foods for smokers?

My mom has smoked for 31 years and she's quitting, but not for 5 monthes because we just lost my grandma and my mom swore to my grandma she would quit within a year (grandma knew she was passing away and made my mom swear because she wanted to make sure I wouldn't lose both of them) I know, dramatic stuff but just letting you know so you know she really will quit. She never once broke her word to grandma about ANYTHING. I'm the only one who cooks (I'm 18 and live with her and her boyfriend) so if I cook it, chances are she'll eat it unless its fish or salad or has bell peppers.I have like 0 in graduation money so I'm perfectly willing to spend tons of money on acai or noni or some expensive supplement as long as I know it'll help her, or at least can't hurt her (I've heard mixed reveiws on some of them) Thanks!

Can anyone tell me what kind of food can lower hight blood pressure ?

My mom,80 years old,has high blood pressure for years. And she has high blood pressure recently which rises from 130 to 170 . Is it too high? She has this high blood pressure for a week despite she has taken the same amount of high blood pressure pills . I take her to see the doctor but the doctor didn't increase the amount of pills . What can I do? Is there any kind of food that can lower her blood pressure? My mom eats very little meat or fish.Is it one of the reason for her illness? Recently her hip is painful and can't go out.I took her to see the doctor and had taken x-ray but nothing wrong. Is it caused by her high blood pressure? Also she has taken the pills which will thin her blood.
Words can't expession my gratitude to all of you. Thanks for the valuable answers !I would ask my mom to try and am going to buy the food which you all mentioned.

Which multivitamins/supplements are truly necessary?

With so many choices for multivitamins and supplements out there, what exactly should I be looking for in a multivitamin or supplement? A friend told me that walmart brand multivitamins don't do anything because they don't put enough vitamins and minerals in there. Whats the difference between that and something that costs 3x as much at a health food or vitamin store? Are the expensive ones truly necessary, or is it ok to take something from walmart?

Also, which supplements are necessary? I take flax/fish/borage oil supplements every day in addition to my multivitamins. Ive also heard things about probiotics and digestive enzymes. Are those good to take as well? What types, or doesn't it matter? If anyone is a dietician who can specifically explain the difference in vitamins and supplements, that would be great!
