what specific vitamin will help my kids grow taller?
My kids are 9 and 7. it seems like they are growing slowly. I wonder what specific vitamin to give them to help them grow taller. They were of average height and weight when they were younger, but now, specially my 9 yr. old son, seems to grow slow. They usually eat vegetables and fish, and just small amount of meat, drinks soya most of the time than milk. Am I giving them right kinds of food?
Is there a way to slip someone vitamin B1?
My Mother drinks like a fish and needs Thiamine replacement to control her thoughts. She rants about crazy crap all of the time. Is there a way to slip vitamin B1 into her beer or does it have a funny taste? Does anyone know where I can get it in liquid form?
I don't concern myself with her that often, however she cannot walk and sometimes needs my help.
Getting your hair to grow faster?
So my friend said she's been taking these "fish" (idk what it is, they look like little pellets and they're jelly-ish) vitamins from this store called vitamin world, that supposedly make your hair grow faster && longer. Her hair has grown really fast lately, but when i asked my mom to get me some, she said she thinks those pills are for helping you get an appetite so you eat more, which could also be true because my friend never eats and shes WAY underweight, but wouldn't she have told me that if they were for gaining appetite?
And also, what are some other ways of growing your hair faster?

What vitamins should I take that would be most effective?
I don't eat red meat or fish I only do poultry and that's even somewhat rare(iron vitamins hurt my stomach) . I'm not asking for criticism on the next part but I try to avoid breads and oils even olive because I'm scared of the weight gain. I eat veggies and fruits galore just not many citrus fruits. What multivitamins or any other kinds should I take to keep my body in good health with my eating habits?
