What are the best vitamins for children/good diet plan to go by?
I just want to know what is the best vitamins for children who lacks vegetables and milk? I have a four year old nephew and I want him to be as healthy as can be. He can't even drink orange juice because he's allergic. Alot of things he's allergic to I think he needs in his daily diet like, fish, oranges, peanuts, and walnuts and plus the fact that he doesn't drink enough milk. What are some good vitamins he should take?
I want to change his diet he's 4 and weighs 71lbs. He's a little tall and everyone says he doesn't look that big but that's just too much weight for him. What is a good diet plan for him I want him to loose weight and I want him to be healthy. He can't eat, fish, peanuts, walnuts, oranges, and hardly drinks milk. What can I do?
Thanks!

Does anyone use Organics by Africa's Best Olive Oil Deep Conditioner?
I am now beginning the process of growing out my hair. I've got about a little under a half an inch. I'm looking for something that will make it grow faster. I do all the basics I take my vitamins, drink ONLY water, and I'm a big seafood eater so of course I eat fish on the regular. However, yesterday one of my friends recommended Organics Olive Oil Deep Conditioner. Have any of you guys ever used it? Can you tell me anything about it? And, if it does not work, can you suggest something that will? Thanks in advance.
For how long does the body store vitamin c?
This has been asked a few times already but It's never been explained why you can survive being on a diet low on vitamin c when you need it daily. I read an article about Inuits that lived primarily off fish but did eat some fruits and vegetables from time to time meaning that there could be days or even weeks between each dose of vitamin c. Does this mean that the body does in fact contain vitamin c inside the cells for a longer period of time but the plasma level drops however much quicker?

Song available for download on iTunes today! Go to www.itunes.com Aye, aye, gotta let me in I been real good Gotta let me in man please... been real good, you gotta let me in... (Yeah) [Verse 1] He said aye take it easy okay? Youre little late and by the way, you had a great run Enough to brag for the next coming, but before you go fly... Make sure when you step inside the next one, you open your eyes So all things that you soaked in this life Are not forgotten even after all the moments when you smoked on a pipe (Yeah) Suppose I told you that I know how your story goes and how it ends To be continued, dot dot, on a continuum I know you gotta pseudonym For your alter ego and I feel that its really suiting em Im seeing dead people walking through the streets Like it's para-legal I mean para abnormal, take it back to the portal See the rats and the seagulls eating trash like it's cordial And roaches in the garbage tryna trash my vocals Kosher like some salt that give you high blood pressure And it ain't your fault; you make em feel like a lesser man Take all your lesson in, and then turn it into music So it's easy for people, to remember them Give it to your children and your kids children And live your life like you see the light on the other end... [Chorus] Let me in, let me in, till the rest of them Do me one good and look after my children... Children, let me in, children, let me in Children, let me in, children, let me in... Let me in, let me in, till the rest of them ...
How do you get Vitamin-B12 in a vegetarian diet without any supplements/vitamins?
How to get Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 would also be nice to know.
I'm not trying to lose weight and eating fish is not vegetarian. If you eat fish you are eating meat; therefore, you are not a vegetarian.
What kind of vitamins should I take?
I was told to start taking vitamins for my health but I don't know what kind to buy. I'm seventeen years old. I don't eat red meat (beef, ham) or fish. I don't drink milk either. I don't do anything physically active other than gym class and surfing occasionally. your answers would be very helpful.

How long after ingesting vitamins should you drink coffee/alcohol?
Is it only certain vitamins that are stripped of their value due to coffee? Right now I take Omega-3 (fish and flax), Biotin, Calcium, Zinc, Magnesium, A multivitamin, Omega-3 for my tear production, Lysine, and a Potassium supplement.
I also eat really well but I'm afraid that when I combine Broccoli or Salmon with a cup of Joe I'm missing out.
