What kind of vitamins should I take?
I need to start taking better care of myself. I get frequent headaches and, occasionally, I get dizzy and weak to the point where it disrupts with my work. My friends and family suggest I start taking multivitamins. What kind of vitamins help with headaches and general fatigue?
How much effect on the body does altitude and high blood pressure have?
I have high blood pressure and I am on medication. I live at 7635 ft. and work at 4000 ft. What does this constant up and down do to a person over 50? What I'm experiencing is headaches and fatigue when I'm at 7635 ft. could this be the cause of high blood pressure and the altitude?
I have vitamin d deficiency. How long till I am better and have no more side effects from taking vitamins?
My symptoms are: pale skin, insomnia, fatigue, depression, weak bones, and circle under eyes. I take 1 tablet of 2000iu vitamin d tablets twice a day. My blood work was average 35-100 and i was a 14. Its been 2 days so far and no change besides a slightly better mood. How long of taking my vitamins will I begin to change completely and all symptoms will be gone?

is it possible to have good blood pressure and still have heart disease?
I have pain in my left breast. But i'm not sure if it is in my chest that i am feeling the pain, or in my breast. I feel some pressure in my back on the left shoulder blade. my blood pressure is 114/79, and my pulse is 56. this low grade pressure/pain has been going on for two weeks now. anybody have any idea what could be wrong without telling me to go to the emergency room?
I do have more fatigue as well.
