How long does it take for vitamins/supplements to take effect?
I am anemic (due to being a vegetarian) and have been suffering from severe fatigue for the past month or so. I started to take a multi-vitamin and extra calcium and iron supplements in hopes that they would improve my health and energy level.
I was just wondering how long it takes for supplements to start working through your system so I know if vitamin deficiencies are something that I should keep looking into.
Thanks.

What could cause someone to stop being able to tolerate vitamins?
I have taken a number of different supplements, vitamins over the years. Now I cannot tolerate them without experiencing much fatigue the next day. The same seems to hold true of any medications. What could be the cause of this, and is there anything I can do to correct the problem?
Is it possible to have high blood pressure and anemia at the same time?
I have had anemia from iron deficiency for years now, not really treating it. But anyways, I now have high blood pressure. I took it last night and it was 197 over 103. I'm wondering if it could be because of that or someother stuff. I get headaches all day, dizzyness, fatigue and chills.
What kind of vitamins should I take?
I need to start taking better care of myself. I get frequent headaches and, occasionally, I get dizzy and weak to the point where it disrupts with my work. My friends and family suggest I start taking multivitamins. What kind of vitamins help with headaches and general fatigue?
