a little below chin length, i would love my hair to be the middle of my back.

my hair is natural curly but always straight

my hair grows about .5 inch a month..maybe a little more.

i use a homemade deep conditioner 3 times a week...jojobo oil, olive oil, vitamin e & honey leave on for 20 minutes and rinse, shampoo then condition (add more honey in conditioner, leave on for 5 minutes & rinse!!!)

my fave hair accesory would (now thats its short) bobby pins lol

favorite hair products: nexxus heat protexx, ag fast food leave in, bedhead split end mender, all chi products, citre shine spray, soo many lol

i have a rusk speed freak blow dryer & sedu flat iron

my hair most of the time is down, sometimes i pick all that fit up in a claw clip.

it takes me about 45 minutes to blow dry & flat iron my hair all together (i wash it 3 times a week)

What is a good meal replacement drink?

at work when i take my lunch i always go to fast food places and i was wondering if there was a drink that i could take that has a lot of vitamins and would fill me up. something easy and i can buy at the grocery store and no powders.

What to do while taking hydroxy cut hardcore?

I just bought hydroxy cut hadcore along with women's ultra mega vitamins. I plan on working out 5x a week, with 30-45 minutes of cardio. Also I've been eating salad, from fast food places and getting itialian dressing. Is this wrong? I never really tried to shed weight seriously and I just need to know the basics of what to eat, and what to buy when I grocery shop. I'm 146, and I was 150 so I know that it is working a little. Any tips are gladly appreciated.

Are taking vitamins a substitute for eating healthy?

Are taking vitamins a substitute for eating healthy? I have been trying to save money so I haven't eaten a lot and usually end up having fast food. But I am taking these multi-vitamins. I also exercise everyday with a body fat % of 6.8.

Teen Weight Loss – I Weigh 230 Pounds.?

Hello, I'm 13, 5'9", and I weigh 230 pounds. I play 8th grade football, but I don't think off-season is going to make me lose enough wait. My mom says I'll just grow and I'll need the weight, but that's a lie-The only 200 pound guys who are slim have lots of muscle. I'm trying my best to eat healthy, but what should I do? My current diet is listed below-I don't do any exercise outside of football
Breakfast is usual Crispix Cereal[One bowl] all week.
Lunch is(Monday-Friday) a bag of apple slices, Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich, one bag of Doritos(The regular kind. Not those huge-ass ones), and Apple Juice.
Lunch on the weekends usually consists of Ramen or Digornos Pizza, my mom doesn't do lunch. I have a problem limiting myself when it comes to eating pizza. It's really, really unhealthy, but it is hard to stop eating so much pizza.
Dinner on pretty much all nights usually consists of maybe 2 or 3 times a week getting fast-food or take-out. The rest is almost always home-cooked Chicken and Goya Rice, Chicken and Potato stew, Brisket, Beef, etc.
I take the adult One-A-Day and a liquid vitamin supplement[B12 only for the liquid vitamin supplement]. I also have Auspergers Syndrome(Professionally diagnosed), and I was wondering if that would have any effect at all on my metabolism or likewise?
