What product have you used that really helped you to look and feel younger?

It could be a temporoary fix or a face cream or a vitamin or anything. I like trivita B12 B6 folic acid,it makes me feel younger with more energy. I like sally hansen lip inflation too.

Should Vitamin-E be taken internally to improve your skin OR…….HeLP?? (5+ Pts)?

Okay so I'm so confused n need skin guidance from all of you. I went to this vitamin shop n bought vitamin-E pills (those clear yellow gel pills) n this weird sticky white face cream n it says it contains 30,000 units of Vitamin-E n the jar is 2.2 ounces. Soooo it says it moisturizes your skin n gets rid of mnor irrirations how come it doesn't say it gives you a healthy glow n gets rid of acne scars etc????? lol I dunno but the cream is weird as hell it's like gluey n gross. I'm 19 n I want beuatiful skin but I dunno if I should take it internally or rub the cream on my face. Have you gotten any results from the cream? or should i just take the pills? oh n do me a favor n tell me what exactly does vitamin-e do for your skin???

Can I Crush Vitamin C Pills into my Face Cream to Make a Homemade Vitamin C Cream?

I have an organic face cream I use and I want vitamin C in it because I know that its a great antioxidant for your skin..I don't want to buy an already made vitamin C face cream because it has a lot of unnecessary chemicals (that's why I use organic)..can I just crush some vitamin C tablets into the cream?..would my skin absorb it? Thanks!
