How long can you keep vitamin C creams?

I have this jar of vitamin c face cream(by avalon organics i think) that's been sitting in my drawer for about a year. I've used it like 2 times since buying it last year. There isn't an expiration date on it. Is it still safe to use?

Is anti-oxidant Vitamin E enough to protect your skin from aging everyday?

I have acne-prone skin, but I care about protecting it from the sun everyday. I tend to notice that when I use SPF it makes my acne worse, but I have a face cream for Oily skin that says it has anti-oxidant Vitamin E in it, I am tired of breaking out, should I just use this cream to protect my skin everyday?
*the face cream for Oily skin is the only one that makes my skin soft without breaking it out

How can I always look my best?

JUST ANSWER WHICHEVER QUESTION YOU'RE INTERESTED IN BELOW.
I’m 15 years old, have naturally strawberry blonde hair, bright blue eyes, dark eyebrows, pale skin, which is prone to freckling but I wear 50+ spf face cream every day to prevent it as much as possible. I’d like to know how to always look my best, if you wish just answer whichever question you’re interested in.

SKIN; I have a good skin care routine, I wash my face every day with cleansers, etc. etc. I put milk on my face at night because apparently that’s healthy for the skin. Are there any other helpful products for the skin you know of? I think I’m going to begin doing a weekly face mask or steam.
I have very light freckling which can only be seen either up close, in some photographs or in certain weather. What can I do to get rid of these freckles? It seems that they’re permanent and not caused by the sun, because I protect myself from the sun so well always. I also take Centrum which has every vitamin and mineral you could think of in it, so I think that's healthy for the skin and everything else.

HAIR; My face is child-like; chubby cheeks, bright eyes, etc. But my nose is a not a button nose.. it’s not too long, but it isn’t really small either. It kind of looks odd with the child-like look of my face, what hairstyle would detract attention away from the nose?

MAKE-UP; I don’t wear much make-up. My eyelashes are really long and I don’t like the way they look with mascara because they look too long, but I wear a bit of eyeliner. I don’t like wearing foundation because it often seems too heavy and I feel like I look very artificial, plus they’re always a little bit darker than my skin tone because I’m so fair, and if I was going to wear a foundation I would want a light powder the same colour as my face. But do you have any advice for make-up or do you think wearing just eyeliner is okay?

And last, are there any tips you have to always look my best? Whether it's do with hair, skin, eyes, make-up, etc. etc. Thanks ^_^
