Vitamins to make your hair grow?

I don't usually take vitamins, but i recently cut off my hair (long story, big accident) and i really want it to grow back fast. what vitamins can i take to make my hair and nails grow faster and longer that i could just buy at a drugstore or walmart or something?

Also is there any kind of vitamins that can make your eyelashes grow longer?
