i am just wondering if there is any side effects if someone at age 20 take one-a-day mens' 50+ advantage ..i know its made for 50 and above ..but i am just curious to know .here is the description comparison:

Suggest good vitamin supplement for eyes?
I am a 25 year old female. I do not have any eye problems. But I still need some advice on which multivitamin supplement medicine to get to ensure eye health since my work involves extensive use of computers all day long.
