Our biggest fear is looking foolish, and this gives you the opportunity to correct anything you don't like. Practice until you are satisfied with your delivery. Step 2: Stand up Stand up a few moments before you take the stage. When you go from sitting to standing, your blood pressure drops, leaving your brain with less oxygen for about two minutes. Step 3: Count backward Starting with 100, count backward by seven as you wait to be introduced. This engages the left side of your brain, which turns off the panic going on in the right side. The Benefits of Fish Oil: Available at Vitacost.com!

Omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFAs) are polyunsaturated "good" fats found in oil from coldwater fish such as salmon, mackerel and tuna, or in seeds of flax, walnuts, hemp and other plants. They're classified as "essential" because your body needs them for complete health, yet cannot produce them on its own. They must be obtained through diet or supplementation. Omega-3 EFAs play an important part in cardiovascular wellness by helping to maintain healthy cholesterol levels, blood pressure and heartbeat. Omega-3 EFAs may also contribute to neurological, or brain, health. Because omega-3 EFAs can be converted into anti-inflammatory substances (prostaglandins and leukotrines), they're also believed to provide joint support, promoting flexibility, mobility and potential pain relief.
