Do you take Lysine with food or without?
I bought some vitamins called L-Lysine (500mg) and the directions say to take it twice a day on an empty stomach. I was online and some L-Lysine require to take it with food, which procedure works best??
why am I constantly bloated? I am so full of gas?

the only new things in my life that might have caused this is:
-16 hour flight (that was a week ago and i suffer no jet lag now)

I rarely overeat yet I always feel full!! my stomach is enlarged due to gas and thats on empty stomach why?
Can a vitamin make you throw up?
I recently bought a bottle of the Women's One-a-Day vitamins. Sunday morning I woke up and took one, but threw up about 45 minutes later. Is it possible that because I took it on an empty stomach, it could have made me throw up?

The woman told me at the vitamin store to take it on an empty stomach when I wake up but I don't work out until late evening. Is it ok to take two doses like the one in the morning and another like 30 minutes before I work out or should I just remove the first dose all together?

I've always heard that you should take your vitamins with food to help them be absorbed by your body-is this true? Would there still be benifts from my morning vitamins if I take them on an empty stomach then eat perhaps an hour later?
