Can a child who is already taking a multivitamin supplement also take a packet of Emergen-C?
...or would this cause the child to overdose on vitamins (especially on vitamin C)?
I'm asking this because my little brother is a terribly picky eater (he only eats french fries, macaroni and cheese, salami sandwiches, and junk food). He constantly gets sick and so I am buying him this liquid multivitamin supplement. Should I also buy him some Emergen-C? What do you think? Thanks.

How much vitamin C is too much? Wanting to take some of that Emergen-C stuff…..?
My fiance and toddler have been sick, I was fine but now feel a sore throat coming on. I've seen that Emergen-C powder at the health food store, and wonder if it would be ok to take? It is 1000 mg of Vitamin C ?
