Aspartame (E951) is an artificial sweetener, used in over 6000 products. The food industry claims that aspartame helps in losing weight, but why is obesity then becoming such an ever increasing problem? www.naturalnews.com Aspartame is a very sweet chemical, responsible for a host of health problems such as obesity, diabetes, cancer, brain diseases, migraines, ADHD, etc. www.naturalnews.com www.wnho.net Aspartame breaks down into three toxic components: 1. Methanol. This is poisonous alcohol. In the body, methanol breaks down into formaldehyde, which is a poison. 2. Phenylalanine. This decreases the amount serotonin in your brain, which leads to mood swings (depressions) and an increased appetite! That is why aspartame is one of the main causes for the current obesity epidemic. 3. Aspartic acid. This is a neurological toxin comparable to MSG. The US Department of Health has recorded 92 (!) symptoms following complaints about aspartame. In fact, over 80% of all complaints filed with FDA are related to aspartame consumption! www.321recipes.com Some of the brand names for aspartame: AminoSweet, NutraSweet, Equal, NatraTaste, Canderel, Spoonful, Equal-Measure, etc. Aspartame is used in any of the following products: Sugarfree, Light, Diet, Zero (Coke, Sprite & Fanta), Coke 007, Pepsi Max, Crystal Clear, Low-Calorie, Crystal Light, No Sugar Added, Smint, Stimorol Ice, Stimorol Fusion, Freedent, Mentos, Sportlife, etc. Do no longer believe the lies of the food industry and the ...

www.LeeHayward.com I like to start my back workouts off with a quick warm up on rowing machine. This is a great machine to use as a warm up prior to any workout because it moves all the major muscle groups and get the blood flowing and increases your core temperature. I'll usually do between 5 and 10 minutes on the rower until I get a light sweat on and feel ready to move on to the weight training portion of my workout. My first exercise is chest supported T-bar rows. The gym that I normally workout at doesn't have this style of T-bar row machine so I like to add it in when ever possible. You'll notice that I keep one foot on the floor and one on the foot plate. This helps take some of the pressure off your chest and makes it easier to breath deeper when doing the exercise. Next I move on to one of my favourite back exercises, the 1 arm dumbbell row. This allows you to work each lat individually and helps to develop balance and proportion between the left and right sides. I like to do these free standing with my legs straddled as this creates a solid base and will allow you to lift heavier weights then if you did them kneeling on a flat bench like most people do. Here I'm doing lat pull downs with a wide grip. This particular machine that I'm using here is one of the old fashion chrome universal machines. I don't think there are too many of these still kicking around. It's similar to the ones they used in the pumping iron and in Arnold's encyclopaedia of bodybuilding. As ...
My cousin, Quang, decided to try KFC's new creation, the Double Down. It's a sandwich, instead of bread/buns holding the cheese, bacon, and special sauce, its two pieces of chicken. Watch the whole video to get his thoughts on the sandwich. He eats both the original and the grilled version. THERE IS A CHANCE WE'RE GOING TO DO A FOLLOW UP! SO IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS POST THEM IN THE COMMENTS AND WE'LL ANSWER THEM! Enjoy the video, comment and rate! (I used music from Kanye West (Amazing), Lady Gaga (Pokerface), and the Mortal Kombat theme. Support these artist by purchasing their music. I do not own the rights to these songs.)
