What vitamins or supplements should I take? 20 year old female?
I am a 20 year old female not overweight in need of vitamins or supplements. I am vegetarian and get sick often. I had blood tests run but doctors said I seem fine. However, i feel my immune system is weak.I get the flu often as well as ear infections. I am also a college student constantly dealing with stress. Any recommendations? Vitamins for Vegetarians? Preferably Natural.

Low blood pressure and i have been fainting helppp?
I am a female, 19 yrs old 5ft 116lbs. I just went to the doctors and they said that i was anemic and i have low blood pressure. 2 weeks ago i started to feel like i was going to pass out most of the day. I try to eat something but i just dont no what to eat. Is there anything i can ear or do to get rid of the feeling?
What are things that people with high blood pressure & high cholesterol should eat?
My mom has really bad high blood pressure and high cholesterol. The doctors told her she needed to make a change and she doesn't. She said its because she doesn't have money & needs to eat whats available so i decided i would take over her grocery shopping for her & pay for them all. What sort of things should i get? How do you get your mother that has high blood pressure to stop consuming hot sauce?
My mother has high blood pressure and the doctors constantly tell her to stop eating it with her food or else she'll have another heart attack. She has it in her head that It has nothing to do with her Blood pressure being high and uses being in the medical field for 20 years as an excuse. Her blood pressure is 156/135. If i can't get her to stop then she might wined up dead like my dad. how do i get her to stop?
Is it dangerous to have low blood pressure?
I keep getting low readings when I have my blood pressure taken at the doctors. Is this dangerous? I get light headed alot and faint occasionally, I know this could be related to the low blood pressure, and im going to the hospital in a week or so, im just curious as its really playing on my mind.
It only seems to be low since I lost weight...Im 5ft 4 and did weigh 144lbs, and now weigh 116lbs. Could this be related?
